1. Scope
This policy covers rei-privatemoneylender.com, rei-privatemoneylending.com, and the Fast Fund and Flip Framework ("F4") program operated by REI Private Money Lending, LLC. It describes what we collect, why, who we share it with, and your choices.
2. Information we collect
- You give us: name, email, phone, business and project details (forms, program inquiries, report purchases); payment card for report products (processed by our payment processor — we do not store full card numbers); support communications; documents you submit during program qualification.
- Automatically: device/usage data, IP, pages viewed, cookies and pixels (see §5).
- Calls & messages: if you interact with us by phone or text, we may collect call recordings, transcripts, and structured intake answers, plus SMS content and delivery metadata. Any automated/AI assistant identifies itself at the start of calls.
- Consent records: we retain records of your communication consents (what you agreed to, when, from which form) for approximately 4 years or as law requires.
3. How we use information
Operate the F4 program (including qualification and deal review); deliver content and reports you request; respond to you by email, SMS, or phone consistent with your consent; process payments; improve our services; security and fraud prevention; legal compliance. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Who we share with (service providers)
Platform infrastructure (GoHighLevel), payment processing, telephony/SMS carriers, email verification (Reoon), workflow orchestration (n8n), analytics/advertising partners (§5), title/lien data providers used to prepare purchased reports, and professional advisors or authorities where required by law. Service providers are bound to use data only to serve us.
5. Cookies, pixels, and advertising
We use cookies and advertising pixels (including Meta and Google) to measure the site and show relevant ads, including retargeting audiences based on pages you visited. 6. SMS & voice communications program (consent, STOP/HELP)
- We send SMS — and place calls, including calls using an automated or AI-generated voice where enabled — only with your prior express consent, captured by checkbox at the point of submission. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time; reply HELP or contact [email protected] for help. You may also tell any of our human or automated agents to place you on our do-not-call list.
- Opt-outs are honored across our systems via a master suppression record. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their marketing. (10DLC required disclosure.)
- Texas residents: our outreach texts are consent-based operational/service messages (confirmations, reminders, requested follow-ups), not marketing solicitations.
7. Your rights
Depending on your state (including Texas TDPSA and California CCPA/CPRA): access, correction, deletion, portability, opt-out of targeted advertising, and appeal. Submit requests to [email protected]; we verify identity and respond within the statutory window. We do not discriminate for exercising rights.
8. Retention
Program and account data for the life of the relationship plus a reasonable period; consent and suppression records ~4 years; recordings/transcripts (if any) 12 months by default; deal, financial, and transaction records as law requires.
9. Security
Encryption in transit, access controls, vendor due diligence. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you of breaches as law requires.
10. Children
Our services are for business purposes and not directed to anyone under 18; we do not knowingly collect children's data.
