REI Private Money Lending, LLC is a private company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government agency, court, county office, or taxing authority, and nothing on this site should be read as an official government communication.

What we are — and are not

We are a private capital company operating a private funding program for real-estate rehabilitation projects, structured as per-deal ventures in which REI Private Money Lending serves as the private money lender. We are not a bank or depository institution. We are not a law firm, accounting firm, or registered investment adviser, and nothing on this site constitutes legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Where a matter requires licensed professional advice, consult your own attorney, CPA, or adviser. Any activity requiring a license in a given state is conducted only as permitted in that state or through appropriately licensed third parties.

Program participation

Participation in the Fast Fund and Flip Framework is subject to application, qualification, underwriting, and execution of definitive written agreements. Nothing on this site — including entering a review code, submitting a form, downloading materials, or purchasing a report — constitutes an offer, approval, or commitment of funding. Program terms, including profit-sharing arrangements, are established per deal solely by the definitive written agreements. A licensed general contractor is required in every deal.

No outcome representations

Real-estate investment involves risk, including loss of capital. We make no representation or warranty regarding any business outcome, deal approval, timeline, profit, or return. Any examples, planning materials, or educational content describe process and structure, not promised results.
